Another possible power issue that you can have is that the power light on the Nintendo Wii does not come on. This may occur even though the gaming system itself appears to be working properly. The Wii menus, Wii channels, Wii games, and controllers all appear to be working normally, however the power light is just not lit.
The other variation is that even the standby or orange / amber light does not light either, however the system does successfully enter the standby mode.

If the Power Light, located within the Power Button on the front of the Wii console does not come on during game play, but you are able to use your Wii console normally, then there could be something wrong with the Power Light. While this may be a nuisance, it generally is just aesthetic rather than beening an indicator of an increasingly serious problem on your Wii.
If you find this interferes with your enjoyment of the Wii, it is possible to get your system repaired. All you need to do is contact Nintendo's customer service at 1-800-255-3700 to have it fixed, assuming it is under warranty.
