I do not know who's right anymore. I have seen hundreds of posts about this issue and none works. By the way I found out most comments (99%) are from the same blog authors who register under different names. But I wonder if they do it to trick google RP or simply to fool readers about their main blog's quality.

As far as I am aware, Blogger does not support multiple domains. The only option you would have would be to use the 301 redirect to forward from one domain to another.
