I took out the drives, installed it in my computer and then downloaded the ufs explorer software version 3 ( http://ufsexplorer.com/download.php ). I have to dead drives with lots of precious data on them. I have had mine for 13 months with 2 Seagate 1TB drives running RAID 1.  I got a warning that one of the drives was in error and should be swapped.
