A suggestion.
This kind of charged to credit card can be bypassed. In other words, I used the Payapl Plugin. It can generate one time use of credit card numbers. You sign up with the generated credit card and logon to paypal to cancel the generated credit card. Never used your real credit card numbers.

I also called the 877 number and chose option 1. It took me less than five minutes to cancel, though I did have to listen to the half off offer. And I get to keep the free trial active until it expires. I would say to activate it, then immediately call and cancel. Worked great for me, and the person on the line was very helpful.

I just called and cancelled. It only took 5 minutes, and I selected option 1. I also folloed up with the email just in case AND I disputed as many charges as I could on my credit card. I got $51.08 back. Good luck to everyone else that was scammed.

Yeah, you'll have to call the 1-877-481-6825 number, the other number doesn't work, then you'll have to choose option #2. Option #1 dumps you (this is the cancel the account option). If you choose #3, the system dumps you. I called 10 times and was dumped 9 times, until I lied and chose #2.

I too used the e-mail method. It worked VERY quickly. In a matter of hours the company responded to my e-mail.

The service they offer would actually be pretty good if they didn't trick people into buying it. I'd rather go with a more trustworthy source myself.
