That is a total bummer. It took literally 30 seconds for mine to be effective after I moved from mycingular.blackberry.net to att.blackberry.net. Best of luck and let me know how it turns out!

i got bit by this too, but changing the hostname from mycingular to att did not resolve the issue.

i've been on the phone with att for a good bit now and they haven't a clue what's going on or how to help
