I was in Oviedo, a pretty small city in northern Spain, and they had at one branch of each right in the city center. After calling the TD Bank 800# twice they reassured me there was no change as long as I had my ck acct with them. There are no charges at foreign or domestic atm's. Needless to say I will use my TD B cards in Europe.
